Dribbble & Twitch¶
Dribbble and Twitch are two specialized, deliberately limited integrations. Both are publish-only — no analytics or inbox. Dribbble posts a single image at exact dimensions; Twitch sends text-only actions to your own channel. This page covers what each can and can't do.
Dribbble¶
Dribbble publishes a shot: one image, at one of two exact sizes.
Manual Composer only, exact dimensions
Dribbble is available in the Manual Composer only. A shot must be a single image at exactly 400×300 or 800×600 pixels — any other size is rejected before upload.
| Setting | Rule |
|---|---|
| Image | Exactly one, at 400×300 or 800×600 px (up to 8 MB — JPG, PNG, or GIF) |
| Video | Not supported |
| Carousel | Not supported |
| Title | Required, up to 255 characters |
| Description | From your caption, up to 40,000 characters |
| Team | Optional — post to a team you belong to |
| Analytics | None |
| Inbox | None |
Twitch¶
Twitch has no media-upload API, so Buzzator's Twitch integration is text-only — any attached images or video are dropped. Each Twitch post is a single action against your own channel, chosen by the Post type:
| Post type | What it does |
|---|---|
| Chat message | Sends a message to your channel's chat. |
| Announcement | Posts a highlighted announcement in a chosen color (primary, blue, green, orange, or purple). |
| Update channel | Changes your channel's stream title and/or category (game). |
| Schedule stream | Adds a segment to your stream schedule. |
| Setting | Limit |
|---|---|
| Chat / announcement text | Up to 500 characters (from your caption) |
| Stream / segment title | Up to 140 characters |
| Schedule segment length | 30 minutes to 23 hours (default 4 hours) |
You post to your own channel, as yourself
Twitch requires that you're the broadcaster — every action goes to the channel of the connected Twitch account.
Twitch analytics and inbox¶
Twitch analytics are snapshot-only: your current follower count, subscriber count (and sub points), and live viewer count. There's no historical trend and no per-post data, because Twitch's API doesn't expose them. There is no inbox. See What each platform reports.
