Media Library

The Media Library is your brand's asset store — every image and video you upload or generate, organized like a file manager. Reach it at Media Library (/media-library). Each brand has its own library; storage is counted per organization.

Browsing

The library lays out your assets in folders with:

  • Grid or list view (toggle in the toolbar).
  • Folders and breadcrumbs to move up and down the tree.
  • Search to find a file by name.
  • Pagination — 24 items per page, with jump-to-page controls.

Select an image or video to open it in a full-screen preview (a lightbox with playback for video). Thumbnails and video posters are generated automatically, so the grid stays fast.

Uploading

Add files by dragging them onto the library or using the upload button. Supported types:

Kind Formats
Images JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP
Video MP4, MOV, WEBM

Size limits

Video is capped at 200 MB per file, images at 25 MB. The library stores your originals as-is — it never silently re-encodes your files. Images are optimized later, per platform (and with your consent), when you attach them to a post in the composer, where per-platform size limits are also enforced.

The AI Generated folder

Images created by the AI Composer are saved to your library automatically, in a folder named AI Generated, so you can reuse them later.

Organizing

  • Folders — create, rename, delete, and nest folders to structure your assets.
  • Rename and download any file.
  • Delete — a single file or, by selecting several, a whole batch.
  • Move — drag assets into a folder, or select several and bulk-move them. A batch move runs as one job with a single progress indicator and one summary, rather than a flurry of per-file confirmations.

Editing in place

Open an image's Edit menu to edit it right in the library — the built-in editor, Enhance with AI, or Edit in Canva. When you save, you choose Save a copy (the non-destructive default, which adds an (edited) sibling) or Replace original. See Editing images for what each tool does.

Reusing assets when you compose

Anything in your library is available when you build a post: the media picker in the composer and in the Posts Hub reads from the same store, so you attach a saved image or video with a couple of clicks.

Storage quota

A usage pill shows how much of your organization's storage you've used and your total allowance for your plan. Quotas by plan:

Plan Storage
Free 1 GB
Starter 5 GB
Pro 10 GB
Business 50 GB
Enterprise 500 GB

Storage counts across your whole organization, not per brand. If an upload would push you over the limit, it's blocked with a message telling you how much space is left. See Plans, limits & billing.
