Your Brand Kit

Your Brand Kit is the single place where you tell Buzzator who your brand is — its logos, colors, fonts, voice, and identity. Everything the AI generates draws on the Kit, so the more you fill in, the more on-brand your captions and images come out. Open it from Settings on the Brands page.

The whole Kit is one autosaving form — there's no separate "edit" mode. Change a field, and it's tracked as unsaved until you click Save kit.

What's in the Kit

Logos

Slot Notes
Primary Your main logo
Icon A small square mark (favicon / avatar use)
Custom Up to 10 additional logos

Logos are saved immediately when you upload them — you don't need to click Save kit for a logo to stick.

Logos are re-hosted on Buzzator

Buzzator only accepts logos hosted on its own storage, so an external image URL is rejected. When you pick a file — or apply a logo found by auto-fill — it's copied onto Buzzator storage first. This is automatic; you just see the logo appear.

Colors

Five named color roles plus your own extras:

Role Typical use
Primary Main brand color
Secondary Supporting color
Accent Pop / highlight color
Background Surface color
Text Body text color

You can add up to 10 additional colors beyond the five roles. Colors are stored as hex values.

Fonts

A Primary and a Heading font, plus up to 10 custom fonts. The picker previews each name in its own typeface.

Voice & guidance

Tag-style chips that shape how the AI writes, each a separate category:

Category What it captures
Tone e.g. Professional, Friendly, Bold
Voice e.g. Concise, Conversational, Witty
Audience Who you're talking to
Industry Your sector
Do's Writing habits to follow
Don'ts Things to avoid
Words to avoid Specific words that clash with your voice

Pick from the suggestions or type your own. There's also a free-text style note ("Anything else") for guidance that doesn't fit a chip.

Identity

The factual details of your brand: Brand name, Tagline, a short description of what you do, your Website, your Timezone (used for scheduling), and your Social profiles — a list of your profile links across platforms.

Limits

Item Cap
Additional colors 10
Custom fonts 10
Custom logos 10
Items in any list field 50
Brand name 100 characters
Tagline 200 characters
Description 1000 characters
Style note 2000 characters

When you add a social profile, Buzzator checks that the value looks like a URL and rejects anything that clearly isn't. The Website field is validated more strictly as an http/https address, and the Save kit button stays disabled while the Website is invalid.

Autosave and recovery

While you edit, Buzzator quietly saves your in-progress changes to a local draft (after a brief pause in typing). If you refresh the page, close the tab, or switch brands before clicking Save kit, a Restore / Discard banner appears when you return:

  • Restore brings your unsaved edits back.
  • Discard drops them and keeps the last saved version.

Clicking Save kit commits everything to your account and clears the draft.

Filling the Kit faster

You don't have to fill everything by hand. See Auto-filling your Brand Kit to pull a full Kit from your website, import documents, or drop in a coordinated sample to get started.
