Auto-filling your Brand Kit

Filling a Brand Kit by hand is optional. Buzzator can populate it for you in three ways, all from the Brand Kit page: pull everything from your website, import documents as brand knowledge, or drop in a coordinated sample to get moving quickly.

Fill from website

Click Fill from website, paste your site's URL, and Buzzator reads the page and extracts a full kit for you to review before applying:

  • Brand name, tagline, and description
  • Colors and fonts
  • Voice & guidance (tone, voice, do's, don'ts, words to avoid)
  • Logo and icon
  • Social profile links

Nothing is saved until you review the result and click Apply — you can edit, upload a different logo, tweak colors, or clear anything the scan got wrong on the review screen first.

Fill from website replaces, it doesn't merge

Applying a website scan replaces the website-managed fields with the reviewed values and clears anything the new scan didn't find — so re-running it never leaves stale data from a previous scan. Your timezone and any custom colors/fonts you added are preserved, and social links are merged (deduped) with what you already have rather than wiped.

The site has to be publicly reachable

Extraction reads your live homepage, so the URL must be publicly accessible. A site behind a login, or one that blocks automated visitors, may come back with only partial results — you can fill the gaps by hand on the review screen.

If a logo can't be imported

Occasionally a logo found on your site can't be copied over (for example, the image host blocks the transfer). When that happens Buzzator skips just that logo and applies everything else, and tells you the logo was skipped. Upload the logo directly on the Brand Kit page to finish.

Fill from files

Click Fill from files to upload documents — brand guidelines, style guides, catalogs, past posts — as Brand Brain knowledge. This is additive: it teaches the AI from your materials without overwriting anything in your Kit, so it's safe to use at any time. See Brand Brain for supported file types and limits.

Use a sample brand

Just want to see the app work with a polished Kit? Click Use a sample brand to drop a curated, coordinated set of colors, fonts, a tagline, a description, and a monogram logo into your Kit.

This only fills empty fields — it never overwrites a brand name, voice, or anything you've already set. Click it again to cycle through different sample combinations.

The filled-kit guard

Fill from website and Use a sample brand both build a kit "from scratch," so running them on a Kit that already has content could clobber your work. To prevent that, if your Kit is already filled, both actions warn you first and offer to reset the Kit before proceeding — they never overwrite your content silently.

Fill from files is additive knowledge, so it's never guarded — you can import documents whenever you like.
