Contacts¶
Contacts is a lightweight, per-brand address book of the people who interact with you. As conversations come into your Inbox, Buzzator builds a contact for each person — pulling together the platforms they've reached you on and the messages they've sent — so you have a running picture of your audience in one place.
Contacts belong to the active brand. Switch brands to see that brand's contacts.
Where contacts come from¶
Most contacts are gathered automatically. When someone messages you or comments across your connected accounts, Buzzator records who they are and links their conversation history to a contact card. A single person can carry identities on more than one platform, and their message count reflects everything they've sent you.
You can also add a contact by hand with the Add contact button:
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Name | Required (up to 255 characters). |
| Handle | Optional — their @username or profile handle. |
| Platform | Instagram, WhatsApp, or a plain manual entry. |
What a contact card shows¶
Each contact is a card with an avatar (their initials) and, when the information is available:
| On the card | What it means |
|---|---|
| Name & handle | Who the contact is and their profile handle. |
| Platforms | Icons for every platform the contact has reached you on. |
| Tags | Labels such as Lead, VIP, Customer, or Influencer. |
| AI profiling | A short AI-written summary of the contact, shown when Buzzator has analysed their conversations. |
| Purchase intent | A percentage score estimating how likely the contact is to buy, shown when available. |
| Messages | The total number of messages exchanged with the contact. |
| Engagement | How actively the contact engages — Low, Medium, or High. |
A Message button on each card is your jump-off point to continue the conversation.
