Analytics¶
Analytics gives you a per-brand dashboard of how your connected accounts are performing. Open it from Analytics in the sidebar. Each connected account that reports data gets its own card; if you've connected two accounts on the same network, you'll see two cards.
Reading the dashboard¶
Every card summarizes one account at a glance:
- Hero KPIs — the headline numbers an operator scans first for that network (for example reach, likes, and followers on Instagram).
- Sparkline — a small trend line for the account's key activity metric.
- Secondary metrics — supporting numbers below the hero tiles.
- Freshness badge — tells you how current the card is.
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Never loaded | No data has been fetched for this account yet — refresh to load it. |
| Refreshed … ago | When this snapshot was last fetched. |
| Stale | The data is showing but out of date (for example right after you change the date range). |
| Reconnect | The account's connection token has expired — reconnect it to resume analytics. |
| Failed to load | The last fetch failed; any earlier data is still shown. |
Choosing a date range¶
Use the date selector in the toolbar to pick the reporting window:
| Range | Window |
|---|---|
| Today | 1 day |
| Last 7 Days | 7 days |
| Last 30 Days | 28 days — the default |
| Last 90 Days | 90 days |
| Last Year | 365 days |
Snapshots vs. fresh data¶
The page loads from a saved snapshot — refreshing fetches live data
Opening Analytics loads instantly from the last saved snapshot for each account. It does not call the social networks on page load, so the numbers you see are as fresh as your last refresh — no more, no less.
To pull current numbers, click Refresh on a single card, or Refresh all in the toolbar, to fetch fresh data from each network and save a new snapshot. Because platform APIs are rate-limited and slow, refreshing takes a moment.
Refreshing is admin-only
Only an admin (or higher) can refresh analytics — it spends the account's connection token and platform rate limit. Any teammate with access to the brand can read the last-loaded snapshot data.
The platform detail page¶
Click View details on a card to open that network's detail page, which includes:
- An identity header with the account and when it was last refreshed.
- A KPI strip of the network's top metrics.
- A headline chart for the key metric over the selected range.
- All metrics as individual sparkline cards.
- Breakdowns — dimensional cuts such as top countries, devices, audience demographics, traffic sources, and more (availability depends on the network).
- Recent posts — your top posts in the range, with per-post engagement.
- An AI insight — a short, generated takeaway for the account.
The detail page has its own Refresh button and date selector, independent of the dashboard.
Exporting¶
Use Export PDF in the toolbar to generate a styled report you can view, print, or save as a PDF. A CSV export is also available through the API for pulling analytics into your own tools.
Good to know¶
- AI insights use org credits. The generated insight on each card and detail page is a metered AI feature — it draws from your organization's credit balance. See Plans, limits & billing.
- A Reconnect badge means the token expired. Reconnect the account from Connections to resume its analytics.
- No cards yet? Connect a social account first — see Connecting your social accounts.
