Brand activity log¶
The activity log is an audit feed of what's happened in a brand — who did what, and when. Use it to review changes, track publishing activity, and hand a record to a client or auditor.
Owner and admin only
Only organization owners and admins can open the activity log. Editors and viewers see an Access Denied message — the feed reveals who took each action, so it's kept to privileged roles.
The log is scoped to the active brand. Switch brands from the top bar to see another brand's history.
Reading the feed¶
Each row has five columns:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| When | Date and time of the action |
| Who | The person who did it (name and email), or System for automated actions |
| Action | What happened, in plain language (e.g. "Post created") |
| Target | What it affected (the resource type) |
| Details | A short summary; click Expand for a labeled breakdown |
The feed is paginated (50 rows per page) with Prev / Next controls and a running total. Use Refresh to pull the latest events.
What's not shown
Infrastructure details — internal storage locations, IP addresses — are stripped before the feed reaches you. The log is a business-level record, not a systems trace.
Filtering¶
Above the table you can narrow the feed by:
- From / To — a date range. The pickers open on the last 31 days and can't reach back further than the 90-day retention window.
- Resource — which kind of thing was affected: Post or Social.
- Action — the kind of change: created, updated, deleted, restored, status changed, the bulk operations, staggered schedule, integration connected / disconnected, and post published.
Both the Resource and Action filters are multi-select; the feed shows the combination of what you pick. Click Reset to clear the filters and return to the default range.
Exporting to CSV¶
Click Export to download the current filtered feed as a CSV file — handy for compliance handoffs or archiving.
31-day export window
A single CSV export covers at most a 31-day range. If your From/To span is wider, the Export button is disabled until you narrow it. To export a longer period, pull it in month-sized slices.
