Onboarding & your first brand

The first time you sign in, Buzzator walks you through a short wizard that builds your first Brand Kit — the identity (name, colors, fonts, voice, logo) that keeps every AI-generated post on-brand. The fastest path is to paste your website and let Buzzator fill everything in for you.

The four steps

Step What happens
1. Account type Tell Buzzator whether you're setting up a Personal profile, a single Business, or Multiple brands. This tunes the tone of your first post.
2. Your website Paste your website URL so Buzzator can auto-fill your brand — or choose to fill it in manually.
3. Loading Buzzator reads your site and extracts your name, description, colors, fonts, logo, and links. This takes a few seconds.
4. Review Check and edit everything, then finish.

Auto-filling from your website

On the Your website step, paste your homepage URL and continue. Buzzator scans the page and pulls together a draft Brand Kit — brand name, tagline, description, brand colors, body and heading fonts, your logo and icon, and any social profile links it finds. See Auto-filling your Brand Kit for how this works in depth.

Prefer to start from a blank slate? Choose the manual option on that step and go straight to the Review screen with empty fields.

Note

Some websites are slow or block automated scans. When that happens the scan comes back partial — Buzzator fills what it could and clearly flags the fields it couldn't, so you can complete them by hand on the Review screen. Nothing is lost; you just fill the gaps.

Reviewing and editing your brand

The Review step is a full, editable Brand Kit with a live sample-post preview on the side that updates as you type — so you can see your colors, fonts, and logo in context before you commit.

You can set or change any of these:

Field Notes Limit
Logo and Icon Upload your own, or keep what was found. Images only. Up to 5 MB each
Brand name Required. Up to 100 characters
Tagline Your short slogan. Up to 255 characters
Description 1–2 sentences on what you do. Up to 1000 characters
Brand colors Primary, secondary, accent, background, and text.
Body font and Heading font Pick from the font library.
Timezone Pre-filled from your browser; drives when scheduled posts publish.

Tip

Starting from scratch and staring at an empty form? Click Use a sample brand on the Review screen to fill the blank fields with a ready-made example you can then edit. Tap it again to cycle through different combinations.

Finishing (or skipping)

When you're happy, click Finish. Buzzator saves your Brand Kit, marks onboarding complete, and drops you straight into the AI Composer with an on-brand starter prompt — so your very first post is one click away.

You can also press Skip in the header at any time to finish onboarding without saving a brand; you'll never be trapped in the wizard. Everything you set here can be changed later in Brand Kit.

Note

If you were invited to an existing team, you skip onboarding entirely and land in the brand you joined — there's no personal brand to set up. See Roles, permissions & brand access.

What's next

With a brand in place, the next step is to link the networks you post to: Connecting your social accounts.
