Quickstart: your first post¶
This is the short path from a fresh account to a live post. Five steps, a few minutes. Each one links to a deeper guide if you want the full detail.
1. Pick your brand¶
Everything you create belongs to a brand. Check the brand shown in the top bar and switch if needed, so your post lands in the right workspace. Haven't set one up yet? Start with Onboarding & your first brand.
2. Connect at least one account¶
You need a connected social account before you can publish. On the Connections page, connect the network you want to post to. Full walkthrough: Connecting your social accounts.
Note
You can write and save a draft without any connection, but Publish now and Schedule stay locked until the post has a connected account to go to.
3. Create the post¶
Open Create and pick a format — AI Post, Video, Story, or Ad Campaign. Choose AI Post to have Buzzator generate an on-brand caption and image (see the AI Composer). To write your own caption and add your own media instead, switch to the Manual Composer inside the composer.
Either way, you end up with a draft.
Tip
Buzzator remembers your work — if you started a draft earlier, it appears under Continue editing on the Create screen so you can pick up where you left off.
4. Review it in the Posts Hub¶
Your draft lands in the Posts Hub, on the Drafts tab. Open it to check the caption and media, tweak anything, and confirm it looks right for each platform. This is your staging area before anything goes out — see Posts Hub & the post lifecycle.
5. Schedule or publish¶
From the post, choose one of:
- Publish now — send it to the connected account immediately.
- Schedule — pick a date and time; Buzzator publishes it for you at that moment and it moves to the Scheduled tab until then.
