Signing in¶
Buzzator has no passwords. You sign in with a one-time code emailed to you, or with your Google or Microsoft account. The same flow works whether you're a new user or returning — if there's no account for your email yet, one is created the first time you sign in.
Sign in with an email code¶
- Go to the sign-in page and enter your email address.
- Buzzator emails you a 6-digit code.
- Type the code back into Buzzator to finish signing in.
Because it's a code you type — not a link you click — you can request it on your laptop and read it on your phone, then finish on the laptop. The code lands in your inbox in a few seconds; check your spam folder if it doesn't.
| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| Code length | 6 digits. |
| Expiry | The code is valid for 15 minutes. |
| Single use | Each code works once. Signing in consumes it. |
| Newest code wins | Requesting a new code invalidates the previous one — always enter the most recent. |
| Resend cooldown | You can request a fresh code once every 30 seconds. |
Tip
Entered the wrong code, or it expired? Just tap Resend code (after the 30-second cooldown) and use the new one. If you've made too many attempts on one email in a short window, wait a few minutes and request a fresh code.
Sign in with Google or Microsoft¶
If your workspace has them enabled, you'll also see Continue with Google and Continue with Microsoft buttons below the email field. These sign you in directly — you're redirected to the provider, you pick your account, and you're returned to Buzzator.
- Microsoft works with both personal Microsoft accounts and work/school (Entra) accounts.
- You're prompted to pick an account each time, so switching between accounts is easy.
Note
These buttons appear only when the provider has been configured for your deployment. If you don't see them, use the email-code method instead.
Creating an account¶
There's no separate registration step — signing in for the first time with a new email creates your account and starts onboarding. On the Sign up screen you'll also see an optional checkbox to receive product and marketing updates by email; tick it only if you'd like those.
Troubleshooting¶
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| "This code is invalid or has expired." | The code was already used, timed out, or a newer code was requested. Resend and use the latest one. |
| "This account has been disabled." | An administrator has disabled the account. Use the contact link shown to get in touch. |
| "This email domain isn't permitted to sign in." | Your workspace restricts sign-in to certain email domains. Ask your administrator. |
| "New sign-ups are currently disabled." | New accounts are paused. If you already have an account, sign in with that same email — returning users are unaffected. |
| "Couldn't verify the request." | An invisible security check didn't pass. Refresh the page and try again. |
Note
Buzzator runs an invisible bot check in the background on the sign-in and sign-up screens. You won't normally notice it — no puzzles to solve — but if it can't verify your browser, refreshing the page usually clears it.
Once you're in, head to Onboarding & your first brand.
