Plans, limits & billing¶
Buzzator comes in three plans — Free, Pro, and Business — each with its own set of quotas. This page lists the limits that are actually enforced and walks through upgrading, managing payment, and cancelling.
The three plans¶
| Plan | Listed price | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | Trying Buzzator out. |
| Pro | $29 / month | Growing brands and small teams. |
| Business | $79 / month | Agencies and larger teams. |
What each plan includes¶
These are the limits Buzzator enforces on your workspace:
| Limit | Free | Pro | Business |
|---|---|---|---|
| Team members | 1 | 5 | Unlimited |
| AI posts per month | 5 | 500 | Unlimited |
| Brand Brain documents | 10 | 50 | Unlimited |
| Social accounts | 1 | 5 | 15 |
| Video renders per month | 0 | 20 | Unlimited |
Enforced limits win over marketing copy
The numbers on the public pricing page are marketing copy and may not match exactly — the enforced quotas in the table above are what actually apply to your workspace.
How limits behave¶
- A quota blocks the action once you're at the limit — for example, you can't invite another teammate when every seat is taken, or start another AI post once you've used the month's allowance.
- Team-member seats count current members plus pending invitations, so a pending invite can push you to the limit before everyone has joined. See Managing your team.
- Video rendering is blocked on Free (0 renders). Upgrade to Pro or Business to render video.
- Unlimited means there's no cap on that resource for the plan.
When you hit a limit, the app prompts you to upgrade. Moving to a higher plan raises the caps immediately.
Billing¶
Billing is scoped to your organization and is owner-only — only the workspace owner can change the subscription, update payment details, or cancel. Any member can view the current plan and usage.
Note
Who can do what here follows the roles model — see Roles, permissions & brand access. Managing billing is a capability reserved for the owner and can't be delegated.
Upgrading¶
Choose a plan and continue to secure checkout to enter payment details. Once payment succeeds, your workspace moves to the new plan and its higher limits apply right away.
Payment method and invoices¶
From the billing area you can:
- Update your payment method — manage the card on file through the secure customer portal.
- View invoices — your payment history is available with downloadable PDF receipts for each charge.
Cancelling¶
Cancelling ends your subscription at the end of the current billing period — you keep paid features until then, and the workspace downgrades to Free afterward. You can also change or cancel your plan from the customer portal.
Tip
Changing your plan through the customer portal is fully honoured — your workspace's quotas update to match the plan you switch to.
