Campaigns

A Campaign turns a single brief into a whole run of scheduled posts for one platform — the AI plans a series of angles, writes a caption and image for each, and drops them onto a schedule you control. It's the fastest way to fill a week (or a month) of one channel from one idea.

How a campaign works

  1. Pick a platform. Campaigns generate for a single platform at a time (for example Instagram, LinkedIn, or X). Choose one from the platform picker to open the setup form.
  2. Write a brief. Describe what the campaign is about — the AI derives a distinct angle for every post so they don't repeat. The brief is required (5–3000 characters). You can dictate it by voice with the microphone button instead of typing.
  3. Add reference images (optional). Upload from your device, pull from the Media Library, or import a Canva design. Up to 10 reference images can be attached, and the same set is passed to every post in the run.
  4. Set the schedule. Choose how many posts and how often, then a start date, end date, and time. Buzzator spreads the posts evenly across the range and shows a live calendar preview.
  5. Generate. The campaign runs in the background while a progress bar tracks each post as it's created.

When generation finishes you're taken to the Posts Hub, where every generated post is waiting — scheduled for the times you set — so you can review, edit, or reschedule before it publishes.

Toggle brand extras

Two switches on the setup form apply to every post in the campaign: Include logo composites your brand logo onto the generated images, and Made with AI adds the AI-content label where the platform supports it.

Schedule & size limits

Setting Default Range
Posts per campaign 5 1–30
Frequency (days between posts) every 2 days 1–30
Date range 8 days any
Reference images up to 10

You can also fine-tune the schedule post by post — edit the exact date and time of any slot, add or remove slots, and pin a per-post time zone. Individual times you set by hand are kept even if you change the overall range.

Per-campaign ceiling

A single campaign can generate at most 200 posts in total. In practice the per-platform maximum of 30 keeps you well under that.

Monthly quota

Every generated post counts against your plan's monthly AI-post allowance, the same quota the composer uses. Before a campaign starts, Buzzator checks whether the whole run fits in what's left this month — if it doesn't, generation is refused and you're told how many posts remain. Reduce the campaign size or see Plans, limits & billing to raise the cap.

While it's generating

  • Closing the tab doesn't stop it. Generation runs on a background worker, not in your browser. You can leave the page and come back — the posts still get created and saved.
  • Live progress. The status updates as the AI plans the run and then writes each post one by one.
  • Stop. The Stop button halts the run after the current post finishes; any posts already created are kept, not discarded.
  • Retry. If a campaign fails partway, you can re-run it — only the missing posts are regenerated, so finished ones aren't redone.
