Brand Brain
Brand Brain is your brand's knowledge base. You upload real documents — brand guidelines, style guides, product catalogs, past posts — and Buzzator learns from them so the AI can ground its content in your actual facts instead of generic filler. In the app this section is labeled Brand Intelligence.
How it's organized
Documents are grouped into tabs by what they are:

Buzzator classifies each upload into a tab automatically based on its type.
Uploading documents
Drag files onto the upload area, or click to browse. Each file then shows a live status as it's processed:
- Queued — waiting to start
- Processing — being read and learned, with a percentage and time estimate
- Processed — ingested and available to the AI
- Failed — something went wrong (you can retry by re-uploading)
Ingestion is asynchronous — a file can sit on Processing for around a minute while Buzzator reads it and updates your brand knowledge. You can leave the page; it keeps going, and the status updates on its own when you return.

Supported file types
pdf, docx, doc, pptx, ppt, odp, odt, jpg, jpeg, png, gif,
bmp, webp, tiff, tif, txt, md, csv.
Spreadsheets (xlsx / xls) and svg files aren't ingestible here — they'd
be skipped. (An svg is still fine as a logo upload on the
Brand Kit page, which is a different destination.)
Importing from your website
Instead of uploading files, you can crawl your website to import knowledge directly. Buzzator reads your site and pulls your voice, taglines, and value props into your brand knowledge. Only one website extraction runs per brand at a time — start another after the first finishes.
Removing knowledge
Delete an individual document from its row, or select several and remove them in one action. To clear everything — all files and learned knowledge — use Reset brand kit on the Brand Kit page (or the Brands page), which erases the whole Brand Brain while keeping the brand itself.
Feeding the Brand Kit
Uploading here is also how Fill from files works — the documents you add become the knowledge the AI draws on when generating content.
A chat / Q&A assistant that lets you ask questions about your brand and get answers from your uploaded knowledge is still in development and may not be available in your account yet.
